The story is this:  a girl was out with friends having drinks on King St (in Toronto ).  This guy approaches her and won’t leave her alone -saying how cute she is. She finally gives in  and hands the guy her business card to get rid of him. 
The attached  is an MP3 file of not one, but TWO voicemails this guy left. This goes down  in the history books – especially the second voice mail. 
After hearing them you can clearly see why she didn’t call him back - (melody makers posterous)

The scenario..

The 08.21 train to Victoria on Monday after Denmark Hill.

Packed, quiet apart from rustling Metro/FT/Daily Mail papers and i-phone headphones pssting to inaudible mush.

This is London, South East style.

And then…

Man seated in carriage seat gets up looks at himself and proceeds to dance.

No headphones connected.

Train carriage gets scared.

Faces tucked inside Metro/FT/Daily Mail papers.

I-phones go up a notch.

There’s no escape.

Man continues to boogie.

Unsteady on the swaying rolling stock, he begins to giggle.

Everybody knows and yet everybody pretends not  to.

Fantastic.

Man is going hard at it now, bending low, hipshaking and fingers clicking.

Train pulls into Victoria.

Relieved faces gather their possessions and line up for exits.

Man wishes everyone a good morning and exits et al.

Laugh? I should have joined him and forced the crowd to make room for my ‘running man’ technique.

Beyonce went on to win the Big Mama of all Mamas Video award or whatever and proceeded to invite Swift on stage to finish her interrupted speech.

The whys and wherefores have been muted around as to why Kanye would do this. Now the wagon rolls on as he appears on the Jay Leno show  to apologise for his actions and also blog his thousand apologies to planet numpty.

Personally this all smacks of marketing, virals and yawn.. sales units.

All I’m saying is, if you hear of an impending collaboration with West, Swift featuring Beyonce, don’t say you weren’t warned.lol
